We offer two apartments for rent: "Casa di Antonio e Patrizia" and "Sweet Home in Torino Cenisia. " Both are ideal for tourist stays and business trips. Located on the 4th floor of a small, quiet building WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR, these two-room apartments are bright, quiet, and offer a comfortable and private environment. Each apartment consists of one bedroom, one kitchen, and one bathroom. Both apartments feature two balconies that flood the rooms with light and offer pleasant views of the cityscape. The apartments are located on Via Mompellato, in a convenient and well-served area, very close to Via Frejus and the Corso Racconigi market, shops, and supermarkets. The Polytechnic University of Turin and numerous other services are also within walking distance. The location is strategic, just a 7-minute walk from the Rivoli metro station and close to major bus stops, including lines 68, 55, 42, and 33. PARKING: Free on the street. PAYMENTS: By card or instant bank transfer (ask for IBAN). • Check-in is by appointment only from 3: 00 PM to 8: 00 PM / Check-out is mandatory by 10: 00 AM. OTHER TIMES MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE BOOKING.
